We respect your privacy and make it easy to delete your RapidE data
How to Request Deletion
- 1 Email us at support@solutionsthrough.tech using the same address linked to your RapidE account or purchase.
- 2 Include the subject line "RapidE Data Deletion Request".

Provide the following details in the message body:
- Your full name
- Google account email used with RapidE (for subscription verification)
- Device model (optional but helps confirm the correct record)
- Whether you wish to delete your entire RapidE account or only specific data (e.g., SMS alert contacts)
Identity verification: To protect you, we may reply requesting confirmation from the in-app developer panel or a Google Play purchase receipt. This step ensures we only delete data for the rightful account holder.
What Happens Next
- We acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
- Deletion is completed within 14 calendar days once identity is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when finished.
- Entitlement and billing records from Google Play may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. These records no longer contain active personal data.
- Crash analytics and aggregated statistics are anonymized and are not linked back to you once the account is deleted.
Cancel Your Subscription
Deleting RapidE data does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges:
- 1. Open the Google Play Store app.
- 2. Tap your profile photo → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- 3. Select RapidE and tap Cancel subscription.
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
